1. General

The Terms and Conditions for Lorex Not-for-profit Support Program are supplemental to and subject to the Terms of Use of the Lorex website. All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined in the Terms and Conditions will have the meanings outlined in the Terms of Use.

The purpose of the Lorex Non-for-profit Support Program (the “Program”) is to allow you to purchase a security system for your nonprofit organization at a discounted pricing. When we say “we,” “us,” or “Lorex,” it means Lorex Technology, Inc., and when we say “you,” it means you, our customer, the person bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth here and by Lorex’s Terms of Use.

By participating in the Program, you agree to accept and abide by these terms and conditions, which we reserve the right to modify from time to time at our sole discretion. Any and all modifications are effective immediately when we post them and apply to any and all activities under the Program. Your continued participation in the Program following the posting of revised terms and conditions means that you accept and agree to the modifications. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

For purposes of efficiently administering the Program, Lorex will collect your data, including your personal information (i.e., name, email address, and phone number). Lorex respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change or cancel the Program at our sole discretion. Any and all modifications to the program are effective immediately when it’s posted on Lorex.com.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible in the Program, you must hold a nonprofit and charitable status in the United States or Canada. Please note that you cannot be a U.S. federal government entity or use funding received from the U.S federal government to purchase products under this Program. And to verify eligibility, you must upload a copy of a document that shows your status as a non-profit or charitable organization and upload it as part of the application..

3. Determining the Discount You Will Get

One of our sales associates will contact you to assess your needs and then help you select the best product that fits your needs and provide you the applicable discount offers.

4. Effective Date

These terms and conditions are effective immediately.
